Unplugged 2025

Huntsville Ballet Company opens its 2025-2026 season with two world premieres— Ashley Dolloff's The Shape of a Promise and Gina Guerrera's Beneath the October Moon. Emerging choreographer Dolloff debuts her romantic ballet set to the expressive and emotional music of classical composer Sergei Rachmaninoff; the joys and trials of covenantal love inspired this moving work. Guerrera's piece leads children and adults through an enchanted night of mystical Halloween surprises; with original composition by Huntsville based composer and pianist Jackson Love, Beneath the October Moon is sure to delight trick-or-treaters of all ages.

Staged in the intimate and state of the art Dream Theatre Performing Arts Center, each production will conclude with an audience favorite—the highly anticipated Q & A, during which audience members will have the unique opportunity to meet and ask questions of the dancers and company director.
