VBC 5K Music Run

We’re back for Year Two of the VBC 5K Music Run!

Join us for a commemorative run through Downtown Huntsville as we continue celebrating the Von Braun Center’s 50th anniversary—and kick off Huntsville Music Month in stride!

For five decades, the VBC has been your place to celebrate, cheer, and sing along to your favorite bands. Now, the stage is expanding into the streets with help from the Huntsville Music Office, local musicians will perform live along the route—from the starting line to the finish and every mile in between! The finish line is at the VBC Mars Music Hall with an afterparty featuring live music by JUICE - sponsored by Lee Company! And as an added benefit, runners and their fans can walk next door for a celebratory brunch at Rhythm On Monroe which will be opening early at 9a and serving $3 Mimosas and $9 Bloody Mary's.

🏃 COURSE INFO:

We heard you, and we’re doing it right this year!

After last year’s route came up just shy of a full 5K, we’ve partnered with the experts at Fleet Feet Huntsville to help design a runner-approved course for 2025. This year’s route winds through the paved streets of Downtown Huntsville and finishes at the VBC Mars Music Hall with a live music after party featuring the band JUICE!

- Strollers are not permitted on the course

- New route for 2025!
