Sourdough Bread Class 101

Pleasant Hill Farms is pleased to announce that we are offering another Sourdough Bread 101 Class because of the overwhelming response!

Come Join us for a Sourdough experience, we will be providing everything needed while we show you how to make sourdough loaf bread and Rolls. My sourdough starter has been in my family for 5 generations and it’s something i cherish as loved ones that made it are no longer with us. Our Sourdough bread is very mild and only needs to be fed once a week which makes it very easy to work with on a busy schedule.

You will be leaving with the knowledge of basic Sourdough skills, a 1/2 loaf of bread, our family recipe along with your very own starter.
