In celebration of National Health Center Week 2025, Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. is proud to partner with Thrive Alabama and HAPPI Health to bring you the 5th Annual Community Fun & Wellness Block Party—a community event focused on health, connection, and fun for the whole family!

Join us for an evening of food, fun, and free health services in the heart of Huntsville. This community-wide celebration is part of our ongoing commitment to making health care accessible and inclusive for everyone we serve.
